I picked up a pair of Kanto Yu6 speakers from Burton Blake, but unfortunately, they were defective right out of the box. I shot a video, and the manufacturer confirmed pretty quickly that the units were indeed faulty. Since I had just bought them, I figured it was best to either get a refund or return them through the seller.

I was hoping for a replacement (naturally, since I snagged them during the Black Friday sales), and Tony from Burton Blake assured me that it could be done. However, after a couple of weeks of back and forth (even though the manufacturer clearly stated the units were faulty based on my video), they ended up just refunding my money. So, in the end, I lost: two weeks without speakers, a ton of time dealing with them over the defective ones, and the chance to grab something else from another retailer during Black Friday.

I put a set of Q Acoustic speakers in my cart, thinking it was a decent deal. Not long after, I got an email pushing me to finish the order, offering an extra 10% off with a special discount code. When I returned to my cart to apply the code, it didn’t work. I reached out to BB, and they flat out refused to honor the discount. I won’t be coming back. This company is a total scam. Best to steer clear.

I’m really impressed by how quick the delivery was and how simple it was to place my order. Even more thrilled with the product's quality and the awesome price. Definitely recommend it and I’ll be back for sure.

I got myself a black Beosound A1 2nd gen from Burton Blake. Their price was the best I found online, plus they threw in an extra 10% off. Sadly, the item wasn’t in stock at that moment, but I got a really nice email that laid out the situation. They assured me that they’d ship it as soon as it was available. About four days later, I got another email saying it had shipped, and I received it later that same morning. I was super pleased with the service and would totally shop with them again. Amazing price and free express delivery!
